Gladys Madara joined TrustAfrica in August 2014 as a Program Associate for Zimbabwe Alliance after spending a year and a half as a program consultant for the same project. She previous worked for the National Association of Youth Organisations in Zimbabwe which focused on Peace Building and Conflict Transformation. While with the organization, she started a number of youth initiatives on gender issues which she has a keen interest in. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Health Education and Promotion from the University of Zimbabwe. She speaks fluent English.
