TrustAfrica Session 

Pillar 2 : Research & ideation 

The purpose of this session is to launch a research paper conducted by the Economic Justice for Women Project (EJWP) with support from TrustAfrica to establish the intersections between Debt and Young Women. Also, the session will share the stories of young women in mining communities revealing the deep-seated imprints/impact of Illicit Financial flows against basic social service delivery. Post activity discussions will inform national, regional and global strategies on the inclusion of young women’s voices in collective strategies.
