The Pan-African Multi-Stakeholder Policy Dialogue held on May 24, 2025, at Hotel Ngor Diarama in Dakar was a truly inspiring gathering. Co-hosted by TrustAfrica, OSIWA, ONE, ECOSOCC, JCI, WADR and their partners, the event brought together a wide range of voices from across the continent and the diaspora to reflect on the theme “Reparative Justice for Africans: Reclaiming Dignity and Building Accountability.” Whether in person or online, participants engaged in honest, powerful conversations about justice, healing, and the future of African communities.
From passionate panel discussions to heartfelt testimonies, the day was filled with moments that challenged, moved, and motivated everyone involved. Speakers emphasized the need for truth-telling, structural change, and collective responsibility, reminding us that reparative justice is not just about the past—it’s about shaping a more just and dignified future.
