Africa’s Wealthy Give Back provides a perspective on philanthropic giving by wealthy Africans in sub-Saharan Africa, with a focus on Kenya, Nigeria and South Africa.
Entitled “Africa’s Wealthy Give Back”, the report is based on interviews with and survey responses from almost 100 wealthy Africans and experts. It provides a detailed outlook on this aspect of African philanthropy, which is on the rise, and concludes with a number of recommendations for increasing its effectiveness and impact on Africa’s development.
