Public Prosecutor v. Hissène Habré: HEARING REPORT NO. 40 OF NOVEMBER 16, 2015
Today’s hearing featured two witnesses during the morning sessions during which the defense
questioned KLAINGAR Nguemadji who started giving his testimony on Thursday, November 12.
The second witness was HALTA Djimingaye. Both witnesses were speaking in relation to
repression perpetrated in some villages, especially in the village of Ngalo. During the afternoon
sessions, the hearings focused on the repression of political opponents (torture and inhumane acts),
with Younous MAHADJIT and Lakassou MBAYNASSEM as witnesses.
