The Public Prosecution versus Habré: Summary of the ninth hearing held on Tuesday, 15 September 2015
At the opening of the hearing, the court called the witness, Mr. Abakar, to the stand to continue
his testimony. The prosecution then projected a film on the work of the commission prior to
questioning the witness. Lawyers of victims were subsequently asked to cross-examine the
witness.
