The Public Prosecution versus Hisséne HABRE: SUMMARY OF THE TWENTY-FOURTH HEARING HELD ON 12 OCTOBER 2015

Two witnesses were heard today. At the opening of the proceedings at 9:30 am, the court called
Mrs. Hélène Jaffé to the stand for her testimony on the facts which had come to her knowledge
during her mission in Chad. The second witness, Mrs. Madina Fadoul Kitir, was called to the
stand towards the end of the day’s proceedings to be heard as a victim. Her testimony was
interrupted when court was adjourned at 5:18 pm.
