LOUKOU LÈon holds a Masterís degree in Ethics and Governance, option Conflict and Peace Management, from the Centre de Recherche et díAction pour la Paix at the Jesuit Catholic University in CÙte díIvoire. He honed his professional skills as an intern with German Cooperation, before joining the team at Search For Common Ground (SFCG), an American NGO based in CÙte díIvoire, in May 2012. He worked for this organization as Conflict Resolution and Prevention advisor, then Field Officer, before being entrusted in September 2014 with the position of Head of Office at SFCGís operational office in Daloa, western CÙte díIvoire. LOUKOU LÈon also contributed to several social cohesion studies and programs successively in 2018 and 2019 as a Consultant for UNHCR and INADES Formation. In May 2019, he came into contact with the world of agriculture and joined the Rainforest Alliance as a Consultant Program Officer Partnership, where he worked hard with his team to save several of the organizationís projects threatened with closure for lack of convincing results. The same year, in October 2019, he is contacted by a French organization, Cartooning For Peace, to manage its project on democratic governance and peace in CÙte díIvoire, where press cartoons are at the heart of the approach. LOUKOU seized the opportunity and returned to his passion for conflict management. He manages all aspects of the project
