She holds a Master’s Degree in Economics and Social Sciences (Majoring in Business Administration: Finance, Accounting, Administration Management) obtained at the University of Rennes-1, in France , and acquired additional professional training in several very strategic fields.

She has held very senior positions and has been managing operations, human resources, grants, accounts and finances, and the monitoring and evaluation units of several international organizations. Her immediate past job was as Finance and Operations Director for OSIWA (the Open Society Initiative for West Africa), a position she held for 20 years during which OSIWA went through its formidable growth and development–a process she was very much part of and helped steering.
