Ngosa Bangwe is a highly skilled researcher with three years of experience in the field. With a strong background in data analysis and program evaluation, Ngosa has a proven track record of designing and implementing successful research projects.
She has worked on a variety of projects focused on agricultural policy and food security, collaborating with a team of researchers and analysts to collect and analyze data, and develop evidence-based recommendations for program improvement.
Currently, Ngosa is a program researcher under the Reclaim Sustainability program at TrustAfrica, where she continues to apply her expertise in program research to support the fair value distribution thematic learning group and cotton and textiles value chain in Zambia.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ngosa is committed to ongoing professional development and has a monitoring and evaluation certification and training in proposal writing and grant sourcing. She is also an active member of Zambia Women in Agriculture and Research Development (ZAWARD), where they engage with colleagues and stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in program research and evaluation.
